- 告警新增或恢复时，在短暂间隔后确认写入第二个完整 OLED 帧。
- 正常主页和稳定告警页面仍按配置的刷新周期写入，不增加持续 I2C 压力。
- 不修改风扇、RGB 或 MCU 控制协议。
