适配 Raspberry Pi OS Lite 64-bit（Debian 13 Trixie / Python 3.13）。
- 新增中英文 Trixie 全新安装与兼容性指南。
- 修复开机时网络和 SSH 尚未就绪造成的短暂假告警。
- 网络故障连续15秒后才告警，避免链路切换瞬间误报。
- 默认不再监控未安装的向日葵服务；默认只监控 SSH。
- 保持 API 可选、硬件插件独立和现有监控语义。
实机验证：Raspberry Pi 4B 8GB、Debian 13、I2C Cooling HAT、API 6001、systemd 开机自启；关闭 Wi-Fi 后通过有线网络持续在线。

Adds Raspberry Pi OS Lite 64-bit support for Debian 13 Trixie and Python 3.13.
- Adds bilingual Trixie compatibility and fresh-install documentation.
- Prevents transient network and SSH alerts before boot services are ready.
- Requires 15 seconds of continuous network failure before alerting.
- Removes the optional Awesun service from fresh-install defaults.
- Keeps the API opt-in, hardware plugins independent, and monitoring behavior compatible.
Validated on a Raspberry Pi 4B 8GB with Debian 13, the I2C Cooling HAT, port 6001 API, systemd auto-start, and wired-only networking.
